The dryer dries very poorly, it lasts 3-4-5 hours, the laundry is still wet / damp. The heater works and the water tank is empty and everything goes to the sewage system. The fluff filter is always cleaned before drying and additionally emptied during drying. The filter in the drawer (condenser filter) cleaned regularly. Fluff accumulated on the evaporator, still wet or dried, which cannot be drawn in with a vacuum cleaner, as described / suggested cleaning the evaporator in the dryer's instruction manual. What to do and how to get rid of these fluff from the evaporator?
    Thank you

It would be ideal to replace the heat pump set (no heater is there), but that's 3/5 of the new dryer. Clean is not easy. It is necessary to soak (preferably with a suitable agent) and mechanically, clean carefully so as not to bend the lamellas. It's best to disassemble the entire dryer, remove the entire heat pump and then clean it thoroughly. You may also find that the compressor no longer has the required capacity and will delay the drying.

I have the same dryer. For me it happens every few months (the dryer goes at least 3 times a day) as the moisture sensors inside the drum get clogged. You need to pick a fluff with a toothpick and spray, for example, liquid for cleaning windows and works.

When you open the door, at twelve o'clock, a few centimeters from the front, there are two pinheads separated by 5 cm.
