    Hello!
At the beginning, I would like to point out that in technical matters I am a layman, so the problem can be very simple, but I have not found a solution anywhere.
Well: in the apartment that he rents, there is internet with UPC, which has such a base in the wall:
UPC Internet: Connect Wall Sockets with Base, RJ45 Plugs & Cable Setup in Rented Apartment
(2 cables come out of it - one is plugged into the router, the other is loose, previously it was plugged into a TV modem that no longer exists)
In addition, there is a socket next to this base:
UPC Internet: Connect Wall Sockets with Base, RJ45 Plugs & Cable Setup in Rented Apartment .
Throughout the apartment, in the walls there are the same sockets as the one above + internet sockets next to them (such as the RJ45 plug) with the inscription "Internet". And now my question is how to make these sockets in the wall have internet?

You cannot use these sockets to distribute the internet because the modem / router must be the first and then the ethernet socket.

I don't understand something, then what are these wall sockets for?

Because such sockets have been set up by someone. The fact that there are such sockets does not mean that there are cables connected to them. If there are RJ45 cables in the box, the Internet from these sockets will work if a colleague connects them to the RJ45 outputs from the router (which is connected to the white one as the colleague called it "base") or to the switch. There are (apparently) wires in the sockets. So if I understand correctly - if I connect a cable from the router to one of the sockets, then the rest should be internet?

Yes, in this socket from which the cable on the other side will be plugged into the UPC router into the RJ45 port - probably the router has 4 such ports.

If you are talking about a twisted-pair cable, then you can separate the Internet in the case of a concentrator, no,

Unfortunately, there is no RJ45 input socket near the base. It probably follows that the "Internet" sockets in other rooms are just a water pic.

It's not a pic - just by changing the configuration of this network a bit (modifying it), you can move the cable modem to another room - of course, provided that the other sockets are connected to this installation at all.

The router with the client option can communicate with the UPC router via WiFi, and from this router after RJ45, you can connect individual rooms in a switchboard, if there is one at a friend at home.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around setting up internet connectivity in a rented apartment using UPC's wall sockets and RJ45 plugs. The user inquires about utilizing existing wall sockets for internet access, which are connected to a UPC router. Responses clarify that the router must be connected to one of the RJ45 sockets to distribute internet throughout the apartment. It is noted that if the sockets are wired correctly, connecting a cable from the router to one of these sockets should enable internet access in other rooms. Some participants suggest that the configuration of the network may need modification to ensure proper connectivity.
