I would like to ask for help in the correct and best connection of the active subwoofer from Mazda 6 (subwoofer that fits in the spare wheel)
    model GJ5A 66960

From the pioneer 2Din station I have a 2-channel RCA HI for a subwoofer and I would like to connect it to this active subwoofer, the only problem is that there is no RCA input in it, and there is only a LP cable connection, ground, power supply.

While there are converters from the Hi-LO cable connection to RCA, nowhere can I find a converter that would convert this RCA from the radio to a cable connection to the subwoofer>

maybe it would be best to add some extra to the rca socket sub (just how to solder them)

The description shows that you have 4 wires in the sub
As far as I know, these were powered from the amplifier and 6-wire from RCA.
The change was from one year old.
if there is L, R, only the mass of its wires can be common with the ground of the power supply, it would have to be checked.
Make sure that the plus and minus are the power to the amplifier and therefore
    is it in the housing.

yes, the amplifier is in the sub because it is an active model with a built-in amplifier.
    the wire is 5.
it looks like. (spreads out from another forum)

If there is an input for an amp, the signal from RCA is needed. Speaker too strong.

As with rca you want to give it ok. Some give straight from the speakers and then you are surprised that it sounds bad.
Pros from L / R to Rca Pros and Rca Minuses
to one of the others. You have to find a diagram.

I'm looking for a description. Only from what I remember, the Mazda signal is something different, similar to rca, but it is different. A friend from Aso Mazda has gone on vacation, he will send me the diagrams after Christmas. Right now I'm looking for it on the net.

as in the pw, in the game, here too, because it is mainly about the issue of making additional RCA sockets in this subject, I do not know if it can be done like this

It will also play on one of them. It is best if there are two from the radio, because then it takes the bass from both channels, sums it up and gives it to one.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around connecting a Mazda 6 active subwoofer (model GJ5A 66960) to a Pioneer 2Din station using RCA cables. The subwoofer lacks RCA inputs, featuring only LP cable connections, ground, and power supply. Users suggest that the subwoofer's amplifier requires a signal from the RCA output of the radio. There are inquiries about the possibility of creating additional RCA sockets for the subwoofer and the need for proper wiring to ensure sound quality. Some participants mention the importance of using the correct wiring configuration to avoid poor sound performance.
