After a temporary loss of voltage in the network, the TV turned on, however, it no longer responds to the remote control or the local keyboard, as well as the lack of voice on the channels. A sat tuner has been connected to the HDMI input. I suspect some memory changes or errors, maybe someone has a memory batch for this tv.

I found, or rather got from a good man, a file called "UPDATE_50L7363C_1924101_INIT_CLEAR # .enc" and instructions for uploading the firmware with it, unfortunately it does not enter, ie the text TOSHIBA appears and after a minute or two it goes into a blue background. I think that the IC121 456W8 memory is damaged but I can't find it anywhere, I have dug everything up, maybe someone knows where to buy it.

Please read my topic carefully from the link. Extract the files from the attachment. Choose the right file for your TV. Then record on pendraiv, format it for Fat beforehand. Proceed as for the update, i.e. insert the TV receiver into the USB receiver and turn on the power, while holding down the -V button on the TV panel. Patiently wait a few minutes and only check the effect. According to me, the memory should not be damaged. If the TV does not work properly yet, update the file downloaded from the Toshiba website. What is your professional preparation? If that doesn't help, then 25Q64 memory is more suspect.

The case turned out to be quite trivial. It was not the fault of the memory, the problem was in choosing a pendrive for firmware update. I was confused that two pens did not want to upload the firmware, only the next one could be uploaded.
    Firmware update files below.
