Ok now I will give you a short tutorial on how to enter certain commands into the startup settings: 1. Go to your Steam game library and find Counter-Strike: Global Offenisve there 2. Right-click on CS: GO and then go to properties - you will find them at the bottom. 3. Go to the General tab and then click on SET STARTUP OPTIONS. You will see a field where you can enter your startup parameters. 4. Type -in 1280 -h 720 there and try running Cs: Go greetings

It is not possible to change the resolution in CS: GO.
