    Hello
I have a problem with CS GO. Everything is fine during the game, but when I suddenly want to minimize the game (Windows button or alt + tab 59Hz on the monitor) I have a black image; when I press alt + tab again, the image comes back to the game. When turning off CS GO, the black screen is the same and nothing can be done, I have to remove the cable from the card or monitor and plug it in again and the image appears (it's not the cable's fault, because I bought a new one to rule it out) and it's still the same. I started to play with Hz on the monitor and set the refresh to 60 Hz, it is similar, but the image appears after 5-10 seconds after minimizing or turning off. And I still don't know what is the reason it doesn't run so smoothly. My computer seems good to me. Do you have any ideas?

    My PC
    Windows 10 original
    CPU: i5 7600k
    K. Graphics: MSI Radeon rx 480 Gaming x 8GB
    motherboard: Gigabyte ga-z170-gaming k3
    16GB RAM

Ps. could it be drivers fault (though he writes it says I have current), is the fault on the graphics card side or any other settings?

You can always look for drivers. For example on the website devid.info.

If it's already on the manufacturer's website, i.e. AMD.

Then maybe not minimize the game, it won't be a problem. You can always look for drivers. For example on the website devid.info. Maybe see in game settings. Maybe there is a question of resolution in the game and another in the monitor and hence the effect.

only when I turn off the game I have the same. the resolution is the same in the game and on the monitor

Does this only happen for this one particular game or are others causing problems as well?

so far I have 2 games on the computer but only in cs this happens to me. therefore 2 games because it's a new computer and I have no idea why it is, I didn't have a problem on the old one.

I turned off the xbox DVR

In my opinion, you are oversensitive on this point. Colleagues are looking for big problems with the computer here, but Such lag and sounds of repetitive and at the same time cutting voice from the game are normal. Even with the option to start even when turning on, the black screen remains for a long time and minimizing also takes a long time to This is perfectly normal behavior for this underdeveloped game in terms of fine tuning.

Topic summary

The user experiences a black screen issue when minimizing CS:GO on a Windows 10 system with an i5 7600k CPU, MSI Radeon RX 480 GPU, and Gigabyte GA-Z170 motherboard. The problem persists even after changing monitor refresh rates and occurs both during gameplay and upon exiting the game. Suggestions include checking for driver updates, ensuring game and monitor resolutions match, disabling the Xbox DVR feature, and adding the startup option "-nod3d9ex" to CS:GO. The user notes that this issue is specific to CS:GO, as other games do not exhibit the same problem.
