I warmly welcome. I have a computer composed of selected components by me (the company used to make it for me) for 3 months. I am a CSGO player, at the beginning there was no clipping in the game, but now I am experiencing this and so. I do not know what it depends on, after turning on the computer I check the Nvidia settings, if nothing has changed, I set everything up for performance and I have these "cheats". Namely, the problem is that: It loads on the server, if I go to the first map it is still ok, the loading time is not long but e.g. the map ends and the second one is to load, the second one loads 2-3 minutes and I feel a drastic drop in fps. 10-20 fps - that's how much I have more or less and jumps to those 150 ~ (I have set fps_max 180, I am talking now about a Dm server which is e.g. 18 people so I do not expect 300fps) and it annoys me terribly because at the beginning of such a problem there was no I have a computer and this problem bothers me 2-3 weeks later and without any changes.
    Here is my computer specification:
Processor: Pentium dual core G4560 3.50GHZ
    Motherboard: MSI B250M
RAM: Goodram play blue ddr4 DIMM 4gb 2400MHz
    Disk: 1TB Toshiba P300
Graphics card: MSI Nvidia Geforce gtx1050 2GB
Power supply: Corsair VS Series VS450, 450W

I am asking for help, I want the game to run smoothly. Of course, I play chapter 4: 3 1000x700 stretched and I have everything on the minimum except the quality of models and I have 2xMSAA. Adds Nvidia control panel dumps etc, maybe there is a problem somewhere. How are the settings in the game? Is the sound set on the headphones? How about saving energy and multi-core?
Also enter the command max fps 999 and maxmenufps 999 (the exact command diagram will be prompted by the console (started with `)

As most stereo headphones are chosen. Energy saving set for high performance. As for the cores, the processor has 2 cores and I have a command in the "+ mat_queue_mode 2" start options to use the game with all processor cores. And the settings are low except for models and anti-aliasing (?). Models I have for high and anti-aliasing or something like I associate it well on 2xMSAA

If I had the financial resources I would probably change, but 3 months ago at the very beginning everything was nice and the minimum fps I had was 140-150 on the server which was 18 people.

since when do you have this percentage? and do frame drops occur immediately after entering the game or after a few minutes of playing?

I have a computer from March 21 this year. When I enter the social server, it loads normally, at the beginning I have a light clippings, but immediately passes and if the map changes to the next one, it loads for me about 2 minutes and then on this second map I have such a drastic drop of fps that cuts mega whole game. I've never had anything like this before

and whether in normal operation the computer also goes slower, e.g. in browsing the net, and in general

No, only in csgo. In other games like World of tanks, LoL, payday - because these were all I started, I don't have such problems. And in WOT I don't have small settings, I have everything practically high and I have 110fps +. With "general" Internet use, so to speak, etc., I don't have any clippings

I like this kind of ...

Download -> https://www.hwinfo.com/ run, take a dump so that the temperatures and load are visible (the whole window!), Then run CS for example for 10-15min and take a dump from HWInfo again, put in the forum.

In the game settings you have multi-core and depending on the inclusion, it either loads the map faster or improves fps.
there is also an energy saving option that you didn't refer to.
In addition, CS: GO is played on max medium details.
You can also assign csa the highest priority for processes.
And tell me how V-Sync do you have it turned on?

I can't currently give a CSGO dump because I'm downloading it again. Maybe it will help but I can tell you yes. Resolution 1024x768, models I have for medium / high, I don't remember and I have set 2xMSAA (anti-aliasing?) And the rest is off or low setting such as shader details etc.

Multi-core switched on and energy saving is switched off. I have a high priority assigned to csa. Sync disabled, all graphics settings are in the picture in the post, just look

Here I turned off everything and made screenshots and in an hour I sent with csgo turned on

The problem seems to be solved. Everything is okay so far. I downloaded the csa to the second partition, system and it is really fine. Thank you for your time

Here when I have a normally running csa and a browser "from steam" from which the radio is flying. Earlier it was without jams even when yt was in the browser

Change the processor, because CS: GO has more and more clogged servers, because more and more people are playing. Check the card settings in the MSI Gaming App. An application attached to the MSI GPU each time.

    Added after 36 [seconds]:

It would be good if you checked the internet speed test.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user experiencing significant FPS drops and long loading times in CS: GO after map changes, despite having a newly built computer. Initial performance was satisfactory, but issues arose after a few weeks. Suggestions include checking game settings, ensuring multi-core processing is enabled, and adjusting Nvidia settings for performance. Recommendations also include using commands to maximize FPS, considering a processor upgrade to a minimum of 4 cores, and monitoring system temperatures and loads using HWInfo. The user confirmed that the problem is isolated to CS: GO, with other games performing well.
