Hello, I have a problem, my annual toilet compact can not flush 1 sheet of toilet paper, let alone a thicker matter :) . The water pressure is the same as always after pressing the button, a vortex forms which instead of removing impurities, it dances in place, making the paper spin in a circle instead of being sucked in as it used to be. but it has the same effect. I really don't know what happened for the same reason a year ago, I changed the toilet to the present one, but that one lasted 9 years.

If the amount of water is the same, look at the drain from the toilet.

    And deaerating the sewage system.

Everything is checked and the problem persists. Without force, nothing goes to rinse the wipes without the force of the pusher. Now I remembered that the cistern started to leak slightly 4 months ago and to remedy it I turned the button by 1/4 turn in the lid, and it stopped leaking. rinsed off well.

If the water in the bowl is increasing and it flows lazily, then you need to be interested in the sewage system, as they write above.

You have to disassemble the flushing machine and find out the reasons.

Rinse the decent contents of the shell with water from a bucket, literally bypassing the flush. If it still feels bad to swallow, check the sewage system carefully. The best is an inspection camera (for about a hundred you can buy it, sensible, small, waterproof, on a 5m long cable, connected via USB to a lapciok).

If the problem goes away, dive into the flush. Pull out the drain valve, check the gasket at the bottom, clean the gasket and the surface to which it adjoins, check if there is any obstacle in the channel where the water flows into the bowl, maybe something is causing the water to swirl in a strange way?

Good cleaning with a spiral + mole.
See how much water you get per rinse on the water meter.

Thank you gentlemen for your advice, finally the toilet works with the force of a waterfall. The problem was the clogged pipe between the cistern and the bowl with a scented cube. Seemingly such small crap the size of half a thumb and it caused a vortex and the impossibility of rinsing anything. Now, when I rinse with even less water, it goes Niagara.

Topic summary

The user reported an issue with their toilet, which failed to flush even a single sheet of toilet paper after one year of use. Despite consistent water pressure, the flushing mechanism created a vortex that did not effectively remove waste. After checking various components, including the drain and sewage system, the user discovered that a small blockage caused by a scented cube was obstructing the pipe between the cistern and the bowl. Once cleared, the toilet functioned properly, demonstrating improved flushing performance with less water.
