Hello, I have a problem with the Grohe Rapid SL concealed system. We just bought it, it was mounted and when trying to drain the water instead of with a reasonable impetus, rinse the bowl, the water flies over the back wall of the bowl like a calm stream. It looks as if there was absolutely no pressure at the water inlet to the micha. Does anyone meet this and have an idea how to regulate it? Or maybe I just bought a greasy product :( ?

Hello, there is no pressure, the system works typically gravitationally. You can not fix it yourself.

on the forum complained that the too much water flies and spills onto the floor and somehow they regulate it. So maybe something can be done about it if it flies too slowly? ... alone does not want to fix it, only know the possible direction of action. Apparently everything assembled ok. Service technician from Grohe by tel cast that maybe some plug between the bowl and connection to the rheum blocking the flow so much that there is nothing ... Just founded, built-in tiles and plasterboard unless it's not dripping as you will need that's forge.

Hey, I read those entries :-) only that they are on the subject of regulating the amount of water that is released into the bowl after pressing the button and not, so to speak, "quality and speed" of its flow into the toilet bowl. This water in the amount of 6 l or 9l there can go, but instead of splattering properly after this bowl, it slowly flows down the walls for some time until it orders, does not rinse..generally the toilet does not fulfill the basic function. Comparing: if you put a bucket of water from the top to the toilet, the water flies quickly in a larger amount and what lies in the back is pushed into the pipes and how you will pour the same amount of water from the bucket but through the funnel is a "pile" will dance in the water and the effect that you will pour the water and you will pay the same bills ...

Ok, thanks to reading and tracking the Internet, I can only think of stories like a slightly rising mechanism up and less water falls into the bowl or something with this pipe entering the bowl ... there was not much to do in the end :( unless you need to call a magician from the site, however

Was it working properly to drain water?

This is a new, just started so when the first attempt to work the mechanism is such a story with this equipment. I wrote to grohe but I have no answer at the moment and the grohe service technician just threw the "idea" but no slip hole is there.

The only thing left is a service or a handyman, there should hardly be any problems with assembly if you follow its layout and construction. :)

This is an apartment that I refurbish, I have not lived there a day because there are still workers there. You've trusted a renovation that does more difficult things than the toilet assembly also has a tangle ... or he trusts today or the service. In the end, he mounts in the wall the equipment which is implicitly in working order..I can not imagine this demolishing now from the wall

Check the correctness of the valve assembly in the tank, if it is ok to dismantle the bowl, put a bucket under the drain pipe and let the water out, check whether the problem lies on the side of the cistern or bowl. In the bowls at the inlet of the flushing water, plastic splashes are mounted, it may be stuck. It is possible that during the assembly some rubbish was left, the rubble was in contact with the outflow. The assembler should deal with the problem. Check what the water drain looks like without a key, the cistern may be too tightly installed and a negative pressure is created which prevents quick outflow of water from the tank.

I do not recommend the construction of the cistern without thorough checking and setting it after a few days of use I have allowed the development. :)

Thanks, we will combine to succeed ;) I will let you know how things will end

Paweł, maybe you're right, but you know, you do not pay for coconuts for "good equipment" so that the novelty is spoiled. The producer should do the tests and not me at home, assuming in advance that I got a felsen art.

    Hi,

The case was solved quite well because it turned out after contact with Grohe (with the headquarters) that the transport lock (red handle) that needs to be removed often can detach from the plastic plug in the shape of the letter X, which falls deeper and blocks lifting mechanism for proper altitude and thus water has too small isthmus to fly with the appropriate force. My employee has buried in there deeply and actually the equipment is working as it should :) thanks to all for help and best regards

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a low water pressure issue with the Grohe Rapid SL concealed system toilet. The user reports that water drains slowly, resembling a calm stream rather than a forceful flush, leading to concerns about the product's functionality. Various responses suggest checking the assembly and settings of the system, including the valve and potential blockages in the plumbing. A service technician indicated that a transport lock might be obstructing the mechanism. Ultimately, the issue was resolved by removing a transport lock that was blocking the lifting mechanism, allowing the toilet to function correctly.
