OK, I already know how it should be assembled. I have just recently fallen a second similar hammer. Obviously, the dust on the switch causes the contacts to conduct poorly, they heat up and stick together in the plastic part. I do not see to buy one anywhere in normal money. Perhaps they will match these tiny parts from some other similar switch.

Unfortunately, however, I still do not know how these springs should be arranged, so that by pressing the button the plate under the springs goes up and presses the contacts? I bought a second similar to have these small parts for replacement and I think I will buy another one and cut the side wall in it to check how they sit at the factory.

Riddle solved, it was one of the options on my mind, but it was hard to assume. I will try. The switch normally costs about PLN 50, this model is ~ PLN 12, from which you can take parts to repair the original one.
