    Hello.
What is the approximate cost of moving the electric meter from the house to the outside. I know that the cost may vary depending on the region and the scope of work, but I am asking if it is several hundred zlotys or several thousand.

The current situation looks like this:
Cost Estimate for Moving Electric Meter Outside & Installing Switchboard: Single-Phase TN-C

It is a single-phase TN-C installation entirely on old but copper cables.

This meter should be moved outside, the new place is about 5 m from the connection to the building. The box will be prepared in advance and the grooves for the cables will be forged. I would like to install a switchboard in place of the old meter. There are currently two circuits, so replace the old fuses with overcurrent fuses. A circuit breaker should also be installed.

Can anyone tell me roughly how much it might cost?

What do you want to go for?
Moreover, I warn against such self-will.
DSOs complete and implement the program of stocktaking of their assets. All connections have been/will be photographed and described. And any interference in the current (documented) state made without any arrangements ends up in court.
There you can find out how much it costs.

I would like to do it completely legally by a licensed electrician and with the consent of Tauron. In the future, I would like to gradually modernize (renovation of individual rooms = new installation there) the installation and the current state of affairs makes it difficult for me (two circuits for the whole house).

What about connection parameters? Connection power 4.5kW, protection pre-meter 25A.

    Next question:
Is it possible to increase the connection power without any problems, or is the connection power usually set so that the connection can withstand it and increasing the power would require replacing the connection?

No, it's about a letter from ZE on the basis of which you can take the meter outside.

If you apply for new conditions, I suspect that the connection will have to be changed anyway, you will not get more power for 1 phase, so you will need a 3-phase power supply.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the cost estimate for relocating an electric meter from inside a house to an external location, specifically for a single-phase TN-C installation. The user seeks to understand whether the costs would range in the hundreds or thousands of zlotys, given the work involves moving the meter approximately 5 meters and installing a new switchboard with overcurrent fuses and a circuit breaker. Responses indicate that costs may range from 1200 to 2000 PLN, depending on the specifics of the installation and local regulations. The user emphasizes the importance of hiring a licensed electrician and obtaining consent from the local utility provider, Tauron, to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Additional inquiries about increasing connection power suggest that a change to a three-phase supply may be necessary for higher demands.
