The dishwasher is open, no one is at home, I go into the house and the pump is pumping out the water - it works, the dishwasher cannot be reset, the code displays e15, the tap flashes, the start stop buttons are inactive. How to remedy, what to do to make the dishwasher work and prevent it from deteriorating.

Take it easy because I do not cover everything at once, I think what the siphon has to the E15 message, how does water get from the siphon ...
Drip tray, where is this "miracle" located, how to find it and tell if there is water there, I have to think, unless you help me?
For now, I cleaned the filters, I got a spoon with such a white one, I can see the pump impeller, but it is working, splashing with water, so what ??? Why is the pump running? The dishwasher's door is open, I don't get anything?

Water has poured into the drip tray, the aquastop switch has tripped.
Remove the dishwasher from the built-in, dismantle the sides (bottom), tilt it at an angle of 45 degrees and pour out the water from the drip tray, restart the program and see where it is leaking from.

Possibly take a look the sink siphon . This is where the drain from the dishwasher is connected to make it clear.

But I don't see any water leaking from anywhere, it's dry everywhere.
and suddenly all the messages disappeared, and the dishwasher is working, washing dishes. We'll only see how long? Any silence before the storm? She didn't fix herself. I pulled out of the housing, but found that tomorrow was also the day, put it in place, put it under voltage, and it works, the E15 messages disappeared, I gave the program and myjeeeeeeeeeee. But that's not normal?

The topic is known all over Europe, on various forums. Defective bowl integrated with the seal - under the influence of long-term temperature, it deforms and unsealing is ready. Flooding the dishwasher base causes the anti-flood sensor to be triggered and generates error E15.

Approx. Thank you. But what can I do or what should I do. I don't think I can do anything myself.
What happened that I did the washing, even though no button was active before, I only did a filter check, because I clean it periodically. I turned off the dishwasher for an hour, checked the water and drain hoses, and when I turned the power on again, the message disappeared and I could set a washing program, I ran it. What should I do next, because I haven't done anything yet?

Topic summary

The Bosch SMS58N98 dishwasher displays error code E15, indicating water accumulation in the drip tray due to a tripped aquastop switch. Users suggest removing the dishwasher from its built-in position, tilting it to drain the water, and checking for leaks, particularly from the sink siphon. The issue may stem from a defective bowl seal that deforms over time, triggering the anti-flood sensor. Some users report that after cleaning filters and repositioning the dishwasher, the error message disappeared, allowing normal operation. Repair costs for leaks are estimated around 250 zloty, with DIY solutions involving silicone recommended for sealing.
