As in the description - the dishwasher at the end of the cycle "had", displays the message and that's it. I found in the forums a way to dismantle the left side, where I found a mechanism containing a "siphon" with a sleeve in the middle. After unplugging it and disassembling the entire tank - I rinsed it with hot water and liquid using a shower hose without a "headphone". After almost a hour of rinsing, I brought the whole tank practically to the state of novelty. The strainer in the solenoid valve is clean. After turning on the equipment, the message is repeated. The dishwasher sucks the water all the time, which does not exist anyway. I tried to turn on the program reset but the dishwashers still had and try to siphon the bottom (in the filter in the floor). It seems to me that after starting the program, the hose from the water valve through the solenoid valve to the supply hose should get stressed from the water pressure but I miss this phenomenon. I am asking for suggestions on how to check whether the above mentioned valve works, how to replace it, and of course, for advice on where to look for the fault and how to eliminate it. Best wishes and thanks in advance.

As I wrote above - "the dishwasher is trying to pull from the bottom tank, although this water is not there" and that's why I thought about the hose supplying the dishwasher with water from the network, but if it can help - how to diagnose the tank safety switch?

How can a dishwasher take water from the dishwasher?
The anti-flood system worked, you probably have a leak and water under the dishwasher.

Tilt to the left side and pour water from the dishwasher floor, find a leak.

The Siemens SR65M030EU / 14 dishwasher showed an error E: 15 - protection against flooding - So the scheme of conduct as above.
In addition, the mouse chewed on my cable, and I was afraid that it was just because of this that I had a mistake :)

E15 is a problem with filling the dishwasher and now: if there is no water in the tray, there are no leaks,
    check the wires and connectors.

Topic summary
