The brushes are exhausted - replaced, but the E21 error cannot be cleared - I tried the method recommended on the Internet, but several dozen different attempts have no effect. Knob at 6 o`clock -> spin button -> knob at 7 o`clock -> release the button. The door is closed but not locked. I have an additional question: is it possible to clear the error when the door is not closed? (maybe this mechanism is damaged)
Washing machine as at the address provided

Or maybe I`m implementing the procedure incorrectly?

    Your options are:

    - try to clear the error using the above method until successful
    - try to upload or replace the eeprom
    - buy a new module

So the method is good. So the door lock is not important?

Important - the lock locks after pressing the "START/PAUSE" button.
In your case, you don`t press it. You turn the knob clockwise to 6 and then, holding the "SPIN" button, turn the knob clockwise one position to the left per hour. 7 and release the "SPIN" button.

Errors are deleted differently in this washing machine.
    1 close the door
2 selector switch to OFF position and after a minimum of 2 seconds
3 selector clockwise to position 15 while keeping the START button pressed
4 wait until the display lights up and release the start button.

Thank you, Mrhari, for the correct instructions - the error has been cleared.
But the issue is not resolved yet because when you turn on the spin cycle, the water pump turns on but the drum motor does not (I received the washing machine - apparently the brushes were broken, some service technician came and changed it and was unable to clear the error and so it happened that he bought a new one and it landed at my place) now I have to negotiate engine - to check the brushes and the rest, but at the moment there are more important issues and the washing machine is in the corner of the garage.

Current news from the battlefield - finished brushes - > I bought new ones, installed them, but when the spin cycle is turned on (the washing machine is outside the water source, so it only tests the spin cycle), unfortunately it does not spin. You need to look at the programmer. Anything to pay special attention to?

Check the triac, its control and relays for cold solder joints.

Today I finally found 10 minutes and dug out the washing machine from the corner. I checked the board - I didn`t detect anything optically disturbing, I briefly checked the engine and it turned over. I once found a suggestion on the forum to short-circuit the triac, but it still doesn`t work. On the 7805 stabilizer there is 8.98V at the input and 4.96V at the output. What else could I check?

If this action was performed after clearing the error, repeat:

Error F21 is deleted after engine repair/replacement.

    1. It would also be worth checking the cable harness going from the controller to the motor and whether the plates in the connection cubes make good contact with the pins in the controller and the motor.
    2. Check whether the triac is definitely not punctured, because it may look nice at first glance, but it may still be damaged.
    3. Correct the solders on the relays and check the solders and the elements used to control them.

Did you wait more than a minute after turning on the centrifuge?

Did my friend tatra-mario manage to repair the washing machine? I have a similar problem, except that my washing machine sometimes spins and sometimes doesn`t. In the engine test program, it spins the same thing several times in a row, and sometimes it reaches e.g. 1120 revolutions and E21 crashes. How to check this triac?

But it happened that today I was supposed to describe what and how... Namely, my friend zhudomel he suggested the best one for me - other washing machines that I operated immediately started spinning and it was 50%. The second one was a broken triac and I put in a slightly larger one for a while and the washing machine started spinning after about a minute.

I ordered the right one, installed it today and it works - on centrifugation, and I will test other programs in a month when it is hydraulically connected.

I would like to thank those who contributed to the topic, especially my colleagues: mrhari and zhudomel . If I don`t respond to the topic, it means it`s working :)

Examine the programmer board - check the connection between the board and the motor

I had some time, so I replaced the triac with a different one. It should be BTB16/600CW, but I had BT139 at hand, it was probably worse because it immediately catches an error. It doesn`t display it, time flies, but it doesn`t wash, just a quick rotation every few seconds. After replacing it with the original, it was the same as before the entire operation. However, there is something strange, the laundry runs properly, then suddenly this quick rotation and over and over again, I turn it off from the socket for a moment and then turn it on, then it continues to run properly. In the program, e.g. Super30/15, I turned it off and on 4 times every few minutes when it seemed to hang up and complete the cycle correctly. Is it the entire controller? Memory? I will buy this original triac and replace it again.

Changed the triac to the original one but it didn`t help. I don`t know what else to check.

    Hello,
Did my colleague Zenek501 manage to solve the problem? I have exactly the same thing and I don`t know how to deal with it. The control board looks ok. The motor looks ok. :( I will be grateful for your help.

I have this problem too. When I turn on the spin program with 12 minutes left on the display, the pump runs and after a while it turns off with 2 minutes left on the display, and in the meantime the drum spins strangely quickly and finishes the washing. In test mode, it throws error E21 and also spins unnaturally fast per second. The controller looks ok and the brushes are good.

Good morning, I have a Bosch WAB24262PL/01 washing machine in which error E21 appeared during rinsing. I replaced the brushes, but I was unable to clear the error. I perform a combination of pressing the start button from position 0 to 15, but I do not see any reaction on the display beyond E21. The controller board has no visible damage to the system components.
The question is whether the inability to remove the error may mean damage to the motor winding? The winding is originally held in one place with a clamp.

Problem solved, after pressing start and turning with no. 0 on no. 15, you need to press start again and then the test mode will be activated.

    Regards
