Hello, as in the topic, could someone describe the construction of a laptop step by step?
As I understand it, the housing and the matrix appear rather together, but what about the rest?

The rest must be compatible with the motherboard.

The construction mainly depends on the laptop model. As far as I know, the laptop consists of the same components as the PC, but everything is mini version and / or with lower power consumption.
Replacing components in a laptop is rather unprofitable. You would have to take them out of ready-made laptops, as they probably don't sell them separately. Unless we're talking about RAM or hdd / SSD, the memories are relatively cheap.

why write answers of this type "piss off"?
after all, it does not bring anything, it is quite obvious, I asked more where to get the appropriate components

You accuse your colleague that he says "piss off", while your first post is so chaotic that no questions arise from it. It sounds more like you are going to write a paper on the subject "Computer Techniques" or similar.

Going back to the topic you lightened up a bit with the second question, you're going to have a rather problem. If you want to build a computer from scratch, you build a PC for a reason. When it comes to a laptop, no one produces standard cases, for which you will have a choice of several motherboards and the rest of the peripherals. There are companies that assemble their products, where you can choose the configuration (processor, graphics card, amount of RAM, disks, matrix, etc.). But it will be a ready-made (and not cheap) product that you will receive in your hand. If you want to choose a motherboard, processor, graphics and other parts, buy it yourself and assemble it, it will be difficult for you to achieve it (precisely due to the lack of any standards when it comes to hardware dimensions).

You get it wrong. The matrix and the housing are separate parts and the housing can be fitted with different screens (different resolutions, types of matrices) - of course, the size must match. As you can expect, the hinged wing itself will most often fit one fuselage model (or some series with an identical or similar housing, but this is limited to one manufacturer and similar models).

Building a laptop from scratch, just like a PC, is damn hard.
Apart from even the matter of matching the housing.
For example, the matrix must be compatible with the given motherboard or graphics card. The fact that it has the same plug does not mean that it will work.
The battery is the same, its controller must understand the board.
Even a stupid WiFi card sometimes has to be dedicated to a given laptop manufacturer (so-called Whitelista).
Manufacturers throw obstacles at every step to make it as difficult as possible to replace parts from other laptops, from hardware tricks to software.

As you write here, it reminded me of some other, even fresh topic from the Modding section, namely:
    https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic3255562.html
The second post by the electrician user5 is particularly noticeable, quoting the last fragment:

Even if you make something out of it, the effect will be such or worse http://www.gizmodo.com.au/2009/02/combining_a_laptop_with_a_suitcase_ruins_both_things-2/.

    - I don't know much about laptops, but I realize that it is quite a compact, not very modifiable design, in which even in the case of one specific laptop model it can be quite difficult to replace one of the parts (e.g. matrix), and what to build your own laptop from scratch ... I only associate the picture in the link, from the quote :D .

    Anyway about the parts
    Quote:
I asked more where to get the right components

some time ago someone put a lot of motherboards for laptops on OLX, and even more people exhibit laptops for PLN 20 in an unknown state, from which you can get some still working parts, so ... if you want to have fun and know it - it's something for You'll probably find yourself ... unless you're seriously just writing a paper at the UTK :D .

Topic summary

Building a laptop from scratch is a complex task due to the lack of standardization in laptop components. Key components such as the motherboard, matrix, battery, and WiFi card must be compatible, and many parts are manufacturer-specific, making replacements difficult. While laptops share similar components with PCs, they are miniaturized and designed for lower power consumption. Users are advised to source parts from existing laptops or specialized suppliers, as new components are often not sold separately. The construction process involves ensuring compatibility between all components, which can be challenging due to proprietary designs and restrictions imposed by manufacturers.
