I am a complete layman and am looking for someone to help me integrate these 2 devices . I would like to control roller shutters connected to satell from the deimic. Why is that? Let me explain. I have 39 control outputs in the deimic, I have 10 roller shutters, so 20 outputs are consumed. It's a shame to spend so much money to lose half on roller shutters. One is connected to the other via the Deimic RS cable to the INT-RS module. The manufacturer provides the information (From the DEIMIC system, you can query the control panel inputs, check the status of partitions, alarms,
from the DEIMIC system we can query the control panel inputs, check the status of the zones, alarms, as well as arm and disarm the selected zones (user code required), but the technical department does not want to help me, which is probably due to the fact that they want to sell me 2 units. In about 10 days I start with the installation so please help me. I am from Krakow not looking for charity :)

Can't you group the roller shutters? If not on the output then at least on the input. You will gain a few free slots.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer makes it clear that the box can be damaged with this solution.

And at the entrance? I.e. one button operates several roller shutters? Such a solution is systemically possible.

In theory it's probably possible but I'm not exactly looking for a shortcut :)

Some time ago I found the website http://sterowanierolet.pl/ They have interesting actuators for controlling roller shutters in various configurations. You can find there modules for local and group control and then just connect it to the controller.

I've had a cursory look at this APi and think it's doable, unfortunately I'm a long way from Krakow as I'd love to play with it,. By the way, £99 for a USB-RS cable is pure rip-off.

    Ladies and gentlemen
It is Deimic's policy not to "cram in" as many modules as possible and forget about the subject. From the beginning, the modules have been developed to be able to handle as many devices as possible at the lowest possible cost and, most importantly, in a reliable manner. Yes, it is not worth installing a Deimic system to use, for example, 10 per cent of it, but that is not the point either. Deimic is and will continue to be developed for many years to come, not only in Poland, but also abroad. In line with the suggestions we received from Ble3e users, we are launching new modules in the form of expansions dedicated e.g. to situations where literally few inputs are missing, or when we want to control e.g. mostly LEDs, etc. The products will be available for regular sale at the turn of the year - the modules are already in production.

We would also like to inform you that we are aware of the presence of '20£' cables and they may work - there is no compulsion on our part to buy our cable, but there have always been problems with cheap cables. Deimic introduces its cabling at a higher cost - there are replacements in every industry that may or may not work and I'm sure each of you has encountered them before.

We are always very open to discussion so please visit our website in the contact section.
    Best regards!
    Deimic!

Has anyone perhaps found a cheaper version of the USB-RS cable? Or I would appreciate a diagram of such a cable.
