I have already seen a few topics when it comes to various Polish systems. So far I have been installing alarms or simple installations but I plan to get into smart home installations. I am freshly back from the UK where such training is paid for. How does it look like in Poland at the moment and which systems are worth learning? I don't mean just reading a manual, but actually playing around with it, connecting and configuring it without having to buy it later.

Get in touch with Fibaro, they organise a lot of these things.

Well that's what I forgot to write about, I'm rather not interested in wireless systems :)

In our opinion, things like training should not be paid for - we are always open to questions, suggestions and learning. DEIMIC organises training courses periodically every 2 weeks or so, they are provided for installers, but they are also always open to people who are interested in such a system. There is always the opportunity to, as you put it, 'play' with the modules and their configuration.

Familiarise yourself with Nexo - www.nexwell.eu - I don't know what the training is like now - possibly not all of it is free. The company from Wrocław, apart from almost unlimited functional possibilities (combination of: alarm system, lighting, heating, video intercom, roller blinds, watering can, cctv, etc.) they have very nice external devices - LCD keypads, glass programmable switches. ), they have very nice external devices - LCD keypads, glass programmable switches with individually burned engravings - and often such a criterion is the most important when the customer is choosing an IB system.

Actually there is a bit of it, I'm going to a training course just from Deimic tomorrow and another one next week. I think a thread like this would also be useful especially for installers so I will try to report back at the weekend. So far it's gone strangely easy and is said to be free :) We'll see on site.

I recommend the company Grenton - grenton.co.uk . I have had their system for some time and it works perfectly. As far as I know they organise free training.

    Best regards

Hi again, at the outset I apologise that it is only today but too much detail seems to have escaped me. As promised and I think actually such a section might be useful. It's definitely not the case that their (Deimic's) training takes a while, we started a while after 9 because there was a slight slip and we finished around 2.40 p.m. After what I read earlier I thought it would be shorter but that's actually a good thing. It definitely depends on the group because there were a lot of different questions about the application. At the beginning the estimation of the time needed and the theoretical part is in total probably like everywhere - the presentation of the wiring already for the persistent, but we also got the materials. Then there was the practical part, with several people playing around with one module restored to factory settings. The truth is that we were able to configure it without too much trouble and set it up so that it worked and was ready for use - if I had to compare it to a first boot. In the meantime, we were shown how to configure functions using JavaScript - I don't know if this is always the case, another person led it here, it's probably worth asking because it's cool. I know JS so for me it's a big simplification. At the end, of course, we talked about cooperation, but without any stretching or bending. For me, the meeting was generally a plus.
+ Simplicity of the device and configuration
    + Materials
+ Presenters open to ignorance, you can see that they are passionate. In the UK, the attitude was "if you don't know, learn," and here you can see that they care.

    - No meal
    - Slight delay at the start (up to 15 minutes)

    Greetings!

Is there perhaps something being organised in the near future? I can even get somewhere for a weekend or so, but I'd love to get some training.
