The only thing you can make out from the photo is that the cable is connected via the ARK screw connectors, if you could at least decode how the various "inputs/outputs" are labelled on the board you could try to deduce something
Looks like a module from Keratronik. Perhaps a K-GSM100?
Programming connector in RJ12 socket, visible in the photo in the first post in the top left corner. Certainly not on an ARK.
