I have a Samsung CLP 315 color laser printer (customer equipment). The machine is dirty while printing. Dirty in different colors. I have two sets of toners. I changed it, there is no difference so I can eliminate the toners. Drum oem 40% consumption. The toner powder remains on the foil. I am asking for suggestions whether the drum or the transfer belt is to blame for this condition?

Hello!!! I peeled off the slat from the drum (some hp- which is used for regeneration), cut it to the right size and changed places at the belt. You need to pay attention that it is not too stiff as it may tear the belt.

First, try cleaning it. For this, for example, a fluid for rubber regeneration, e.g. Novogum or Platenclean or any other, is useful. Sometimes it takes a long time to work on it. I even use a lotion to clean the fittings when the raid does not come off. You can also use the one from the drum. They are available on Al ... But I don't know if it's the same size. You can also peel off the rubber and stick it on the other way around.

And, in my opinion, the foil of the belt is fed up, and the belt is fed up, and the toners are probably also shabby (or the drum with the electrode is working wrong with it)! Why do I suppose so? Look at the prints:
a. the one with dark waves and smudges
- toner, something wrong with magnetic properties or with gradation
b.Now the one with the yellow belt (from a sudden puncture of the Y module?)
- something wrong with the Y bias or the potential that pierces the drum matrix. Or the electrode has punctures or something wrong with color toners?
Is it reasonably good to print only a black image?

I confirm that replacing the unavailable strip would solve the problem. I peeled off the old rubber and stuck on a strip of some HP cassette after matching. The printer prints like new.
