Hello, the printer has been printing 4 double dots on the right for some time, as it looks in the picture. Regardless of whether it is a printout from a computer or a printout of printer settings. I reset it to factory settings, nothing helped. I took out the toner cartridge and put it back in, no difference. What thing could be the reason for this? Thank you for your help.

The dots still print (I haven't used the printer for a long time). After replacing the toner with another, they are still (replacement and original). What could be the reason?

Dirty drum, rather to be replaced.

These are the dots that the photoconductor drum leaves behind. Take it out and inspect it carefully. It looks like a glass tube. After dismantling the toner, you can rotate this "tube" by grabbing the rack from the side. Do not leave oily fingerprints as this will result in poor print quality or damage to the drum. Microfiber cloth in hand and rotate the drum until you find a characteristic dot of glued toner that can leave such a mark. Just be careful not to scratch/damage the photoconductor drum.

    >>18954837 I had exactly the same problem. I removed the drum, used a cotton swab with alcohol to remove the dot, then washed the whole drum with a cloth and glass cleaner and the print comes out perfect.
