Grinding plates for valve adjustment - where to do it in Warsaw?

I'm just getting ready for tomorrow's surgery. If it turns out after the measurements that I will not get the appropriate thickness of the adjustment plates to adjust the valve clearance, I will have to grind the current ones.
I have a question for forum mechanics because I dug Google and all I found is very old information and the bets no longer exist.
Question as in the subject. I have 28mm diameter plates. I'm looking for someone who has
a magnet and could take values such as 0.03 or 0.05.
Where can this be done in Warsaw on the spot?

but getting in there is almost a miracle. I haven't succeeded yet, and I've been trying since morning. Maybe they don't work until 7/1 like almost everyone else.
