Hello, I have such a problem with the Samsung Galaxy Xcover3, it turns off at 20% of the battery if it was charged to 50% and when it charges to 100% turns off at about 53%, I have already ordered a new battery on ebay and I will get it 4 On January -5, does anyone have any idea if this is caused by a damaged battery or rather by phone? I will add that after connecting the phone for charging, it shows the battery status as 0% and starts charging from scratch.

To start, upload the latest multi-file soft using Odin ... the second thing is the battery you ordered is some cheap replacement or the original? Has the phone had contact with water before?

I will try to upload the software, I bought the phone on eBay, which I have already returned and the seller sent me a second one, but the problem is the same again, if uploading the software does not help, I will simply send it back and ask for a refund, thanks for help, I hope that a new one soft will solve the problem, thanks a lot
