Hello,
Some time ago I bought a Modecom FreePC minicomputer with Windows 8 on board. After some time, I upgraded it to Windows 10.
Today I decided to restore the original system settings using the standard "Windows recovery tool". I've done this before and everything was fine, but today it turned out that I had a short-term power cut during this operation. And the ride began. The computer, of course, turned off, and after turning it on, the operating system does not load and displays the error:
"Your PC / Device needs to be repaired. The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.
File: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ iorate.sys
Error code: 0xc000000f "
I admit that I do not know what to do in this situation. Of course, I don't have any system CD or USB for my razor as it has a pre-installed system. Is there any chance of its recovery? The device warranty just expired on January 3.
New Year greetings
