Hi. I can not turn off the Samsung Galaxy A5 screen overlay, I am adding a screen. How can you get it?

Screen overlay is a function of some application that has the right to display various things above the screen, such as speech bubbles, or to intervene on the screen itself. Do you have any application that changes the colors of the screen or displays something on the screen, eg Messenger balloons?
