Hello,
At the beginning I am asking for your understanding if you think that the topic has already been raised. Yes, I searched the forum, but I didn't find any information about my model.
I have an oven from TEKA
model HM-835.1
type: 7NB01Q111
serial number: 1214009230100026
For some time there is a problem with setting the clock after turning the power off and on. Unfortunately, this is often the case at my location.
The keys in the control panel do not work, no reaction. The keys can be removed and I tried directly with a thin screwdriver to set it up, but also without effect.
To set the clock, simultaneously press the two extreme buttons from the left and + or - respectively.
According to the TEKA authorized service, the reason is a broken clock, but this is a part that is already unavailable and the topic lost. In the central service they also confirmed this.
In this case, there is no classic thermostat, only the oven has a temperature sensor installed and everything goes through the "main" plate to the temperature control potentiometer.
Hence my question for help is going somehow around the clock. I searched the forum a bit and sometimes you have your proven repair patents.
The question is, maybe someone has already developed this particular model ??
Maybe someone will recommend some proven good home appliances service in the vicinity of Poznań, Szamotuł, Obornik Wlkp. One service has already looked at it but gave up.
If you need pictures of wire connections, we will do and attach.
Many thanks in advance for your help and feedback.
Best regards,
Darek
