Dell Inspirion 15 5567 - Windows 7 - Intel card drivers cannot be installed

I have a problem with the drivers for the Intel integrated card. Installed windows 7 x64 professional on mbr partition, installed drivers for chipset, usb, lan, .net framework 4.5, all visual c ++ redistributable from 2005 to 2013 x64 and x86. When installing Intel graphics drivers, the error "system does not meet the minimum requirements" is always displayed. I was downloading from Intel, Dell, through the intel driver utility updater program, the same. I downloaded the stable and beta versions. I also tried installing the radeon drivers themselves, they installed but didn't work properly.
The laptop is new, there was no system in it before.
