    Hi.

Phone model as in the subject - HTC Desire 820 (it may be important, so I will add that it is NOT dual-sim). Android 6.0.1 (when I bought it was lolipop as far as I can remember and then I upgraded to Marshmallow).

I wanted Root. I was able to unlock the bootloader thanks to the instructions from this page . Then I downloaded (unfortunately I can't remember where from) some TWRP, which unfortunately was supposed to be under 816, not 820 (it had a51 abbreviation). And since then, the system won't fire up.

There was a black screen all the time and a solid orange light. When resetting with the power button, after 10 seconds of holding, the diode went out for a while and then turned on again (restart worked). I read a bit and found out about ADB and fastboot. Back then, I still had USB debugging enabled. If I remember correctly, I started the bootloader and fired HBOOT Factory Reset.

It helped and the system loaded. I've installed an app for myself. I turned on USB debugging again (because it turned off after Factory Reset). Everything was ok. I decided to fight this root again. And that was a mistake.

I played some other TWRP again. This time to 820. I thought it would help. Unfortunately, now the cell was hanging on the HTC logo (green on a white background). Fortunately, the computer detected the cell via USB and the cell was visible when typing "adb devices" in the console and when switching to fastboot it was visible using "fastboot devices". I started trying different TWRPs. Only one worked: link to the post . Saying that it worked, I mean that after entering recovery (from the bootloader), there was no black screen, but the normal menu. I installed SuperSU 2.45 from its level. It did nothing.

And I made another mistake. Namely - I did not know what to do next to boot the system, I thought that if I give Factory Reset again, just like the first time, there will be a format and the system will start. Unfortunately this did not happen. The cell is stuck at the HTC logo. This time the cell was no longer visible from the "adb devices" level (I suspect that the reason was that USB debugging was not enabled - this was disabled by default after Factory Reset). Moreover. I could not turn off my cell phone, nor reset it, nor fire up the bootloader to switch to fastboot. I couldn't choose the battery either, because I don't have any tools to unscrew these little screws. I left a glowing cell overnight to discharge. She was off in the morning. I charged it to the max.

And we are finally in the real state. The mobile probably keeps freezing on the HTC Logo screen (I did not try to turn on the system because I did not change anything since the last time, so I do not know why it would not hang this time). I am able to run the bootloader. The cell is visible from "fastboot devices". I don't know, but I think a proper TWRP file would do the trick.

Below I will list what is on the bootloader screen:
    *** Software status: Modified ***
    *** UNLOCKED ***
    A51_UL PVT SHIP S-ON
    HBOOT-3.19.0.0000
    RADIO-01.01.010_U10305041_08.01.50512
    AXIS-
    eMMC-boot 2048MB OC
    Apr 11 2016.11: 54: 47.0

If I can do anything else to provide more information, please give me instructions.

    [EDIT]
I still remembered. Earlier, when I uploaded these .img files (the TWRP), there were messages in the console (it seems that related to the installation - there was probably the weight of a file given in kB and probably some status 1/1. And finally, usually info, installed successfully). If I remember correctly, I probably installed all of these TWRP via "adb install". Today, due to the fact that I don't have access to adb, I was forced to do it with "fastboot flash recovery ". This time there was similar information, but for example the console threw me the information that this file is damaged. And in the end I didn't replace this file.

You can. The phone is not broken. You need to upload the original RUU ROM to the SD card and start the phone with the memory card in HBOOT mode. SD card above 4 Gb but the best is quite fast 32, because it will crash errors. The phone will find the soft itself and install it. It must be charged at least 70% and you have to wait, it will take about 20 minutes. After installation, there is an updated HBOOT and a soft original like from the store. Remember!!! The bootloader must be closed for this operation !!! Look, relook never opened UNLOK - as you have above /. And so for the attention of others. Desire 820n has only one alternative Diskovery ROM and it is good enough that you can throw away everything you don't want during the installation, but you can also use it to put the original ROM in v.6.0 if I remember correctly. There is also only one non-problematic TWRP I do not remember number but dedicated to Desire 820N. If you want to have TWRP and root, find the correct TWRP first, install it with the attached program 1 click, upload super su. zip not apk and start apk, update to pro after phone boot. Remember the ADB driver if you find the correct TWRP, it is attached there. You install in Fastboot mode. And one more thing to TWRP you enter from HBOOT by selecting the recovery option and not a combination of buttons !!! You have uploaded this TWRP for days and one more thing if you can enter this TWRP, put Diskowery.zip. In Diskovery you can choose what you want to install or re-install the custom ROM. Give the phone a chance to boot up each time because you change the system files. Discovery will propose to clean the memory by itself, you only specify what you are interested in from system apk and gaps. If your computer for some reason does not sees the phone always reinstall ADB Drver.

Thanks for the answer. I don't remember how, but I managed to start my cell phone. It's supposed to be rooted (I checked with rootChecker), but still, apps like Facebook won't uninstall. Overall, I decided not to mix up anymore. In a few months my contract ends, I will exchange my phone for another one. I forgot about the subject because nobody replied to him. Subject to be closed.
