Hello, I have a problem with HTC 820, I had to recover data from the phone that was deleted, so I did not unlock the Bootloader in order not to do Wipe, I did root on a blocked Bot by KingoRoot, and 4 times this method worked for 5 Root Failed and the phone probably hung up at this point bootloader has been damaged because after connecting to the Charger only the orange LED flashes, battery replacement did not give anything, various key combinations also cannot be accessed to Hboot, the computer only appears as QDLoader that is hanging in software upload mode, the phone is visible in the QPST program , but I can't find HTC software anywhere, from the other identical I checked the partition structure and their layout and in which memory blocks they are located, I can make copies of the partition from the second damaged motherboard only I have no idea how to upload them or what rom in MBN format could bring the phone back to life. In the app Partition of the phone into partitions and their beginning and end in memory (* .JPG) and a PDF file with the List of partitions on the phone.

If the phone is detected as QPST, it means that the memory has run out. It only detects you the processor.
