As for the Kiano company, I do not recommend it very much. I don't know if anything has changed, but I bought a tablet for a friend a long time ago. Decent parameters, good price. After half a year, the screen got off (non-mechanical damage, covered by the warranty). After 2 weeks, the tablet was sent back, it worked for another two weeks, and the screen began to peel off the housing. Service again. He came back without sound (at this point I found somewhere assurance that after the service the equipment is thoroughly tested, so I tried to get information on what their thorough tests look like, since they send a tablet to the client where the audio does not work - but this is the question of no working person she couldn't answer me in the company). The headphone jack worked, probably a detail in the form of a non-attached tape, but I did not want to search ... Service

The tablet came back and ... Surprise, everything worked

After a month, the microUSB socket collapsed. Service, the tablet came back, two weeks later the socket fell again (and here I can honestly say that the girl using this equipment treated him gently like an egg, was in an armored leather case, connecting the plugs also rather gently and correctly).
To sum up - the equipment was nice and at a good price, the performance in its price class was quite cool. When it comes to the quality of maintenance services ... I prefer not to write because I don't think so

When it comes to contacting the company - not the best. After a few sharper exchanges, I managed to get a direct phone call, it seems to the service manager, which slightly improved the situation (I remember that it was only with this man that he could reasonably talk).
I would prefer, however, some decent post-lease equipment, for which you can often get a 12 month warranty, than a tablet, which in comparison to such a laptop will have rather limited capabilities. As for the Kiano brand itself - if it has improved something over the last two years, maybe it is not a bad equipment, unfortunately for me this company's equipment only because of one equipment, the only one that passed through my hands (actually the service of this equipment) very small a chance to buy again.
Apart from my dislike of the brand itself - on Atom with Windows 10 you have nothing to count on luxury, this is not a particularly efficient processor. I would even be able to venture to say that a large part of the tasks would have a chance to perform faster on the latest high Core 2 Duo models. The EMMC disk is unlikely to be particularly efficient (it should not be confused with SSDs), 32GB is definitely not enough on Windows 10 (the bare system at the start is probably about 20GB, several updates and the flash is filling up). In general, I would not treat this equipment as a laptop. A more correct comparison would be an average tablet in a case than a laptop with a slightly larger display.
