Since Windows upgrade to version 10, I have the following windows problem on Kiano SlimNote 14.1
Problem 1. no sound, complete (neither built-in speaker nor headphones).
Problem 2. no battery charge indicator
Unfortunately, I accidentally removed the previous version of windows (well, the laptop has a tiny disk).
Problem 1 (lack of sound) Attempts to repair;
1. Problem 1 (No sound): standard windows troughleshooting .. no results
2. Problem 1 (No sound): Device Manager? / Scan for hardware changes ... no result
2. Problem 1 (No sound): Device Manager / Sound, video and games controllers. It shows one item: Realtec I2S Audio Codec. An attempt to update / install drivers removed from the links provided by flanelcia and kuba14git. When trying to update, windows: Windows encountered problem installing the drivers for your device appears. Realtec I2S Audio Codec. Driver is not intended for this platform.
Problem 2 (no battery status indicator). The point is not that the icon has disappeared. The problem is that after the upgrade to Windows 10, the system is unable to control the battery status and inform it.
1. Device Manager (Device Menderer?) / Batteries / Microsoft AC Adapter. Nothing else occurs under Batteries. And it should also be: Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery (or something similar).
I do not know what to do here.
I would like to ask for 'łopatologiczna' help (sorry, I am not an IT specialist or a computer geek).
