Hello, everyone. From the day I buy a car, I have only problems with it. Namely, the problem is that when I start the car, it smokes with white smoke that you go to choke (feel the exhaust fumes) when the temperature of the liquid rises to, for example, 60 degrees, it stops smoking anymore. Recently I have replaced a new turbo, a new intelcooler, a new camshaft, new alternator bushings. The cost I paid was already 4,300 euros. The car goes because it goes (no power) The mechanic checked the pressure in the cylinder and everything was ok. Only the unit injectors remain to be replaced, but I am not sure because this business is not cheap. If there is any specialist who could advise me on something, I will be grateful. best regards

What's more, the unit injectors were cleaned with an ultra-sound cleaner when the camshaft was replaced.

Check the EGR valve is probably dirty and does not close, and when the engine is cold it should be tight and not let exhaust gases into the intake manifold. DPF is also clogged, hence the lack of power

The EGR valve has been cleaned. And this model does not have a DPF. I also heard that the gasket under the head may be guilty. But my fluid is not depleting from the expansion tank.

And the fuel injection pressure was checked. Check if there is too much oil because it can go to the suction through the turbine and when it arrives, replace the unit injection seals

All OK. That's what the mechanic said. But I changed the mechanic and also has a problem with fixing the fault. Inserts that the injectors must be damaged. Because when there was still this old camshaft, the car was gathering. And I had to replace it because the shaft was round without cams. And now it is new and the cams from the shaft press the injection with all their force and against them.

The unit injection sealants have been replaced. What's more, for 700 km I have to add 0.7 liters of oil to him. Because there is a minimum condition on the dipstick. Oil level sensors etc also mentioned.

And before replacing the turbo, there was quite a lot of oil in the catalyst. I was told that when the oil burns out, the smoke will stop. I've been going for 3 months now and nothing has stopped even worse. The car is smoking white like a locomotive. Recently my grandmother told me that she was going to call the police because I'm running on oil. Haha. And he only refuel at proven v powera stations.

I have been reading on the internet for a long time that many people are struggling with this problem, and not only vw T5. But no one wrote what could be the reason. What some write that after replacing the injection unit, the problem did not stop.

you need to check the injection angle, maybe after replacing the valve timing, it is very delayed and after catching the temperature, the computer accelerates it and the smoke stops, and if there is bad combustion, where is the power from. Blind the egr permanently or leave it only a small hole so that the computer does not cause errors

The injectors were set as specified by the manufacturer and more. Egr is 100% out. (said the mechanic) Too much smoke and stench of oil. But when I start it in the morning, it is as if it did not burn for some cylinder (not equal engine operation for about 10 seconds) and it's already ok

I will add that the car is at the German mechanics where the car comes from here and that is the problem with it. Our Polish products can be repaired by anyone in the garage. And they don't know theirs and spread their hands.

no burning for one gar, it is probably a candle that has been blown or the spark plug driver has broken contacts and heats up poorly. You are sure that the timing is well assembled. there may still be a problem with the pushrods because it happens that the hydraulic clearance adjustment goes crazy

Candles also mentioned. And as for these contacts, I do not know, the timing is set with a specialized tool. And checked twice because they also had such suggestions that they could set it wrong. And everything's okay. And the pushers are also new. In fact, the half engine is new.

    Added after 3 [minutes]:

The bushings with the tappets were replaced with new ones. Because in Poland the mechanic mistook the oils and got too thin oil and the rear was pounding like a fool.

it remains to check the unit injectors on the diagnostic line, maybe some funnels.I had similar symptoms only in another engine, I blinded the EGR and I'm calm.

I suspect so too, but I'm not sure. Just what is the marking of the injection, I mean the code. Because I would order a car and the mechanic has been waiting for a month
