Outlook 2010 and gmail - Does not download messages from the server

I've had a weird problem with Gmail for a few days now, which I have always praised. I noticed that Outlook is not downloading messages from the server via pop3.
I deleted my outlook account, reconfigured and nothing, the problem is still there. To make it more interesting - outlook does not report any problems with downloading.
Everything is ok through imap.
In the settings on the server pop3 is turned on, I also set "enable pop for all messages".
The messages on the server are there, outlook shows that there is no news and nothing is downloading. Anyone have any idea?

IMAP - syncs messages so retrieves all messages that have come down so far and haven't been deleted.
POP3 - it will show you those that will come off after the correct configuration of the account in the e-mail program.
Is IMAP more inconvenient? Whichever device you open it, you have the same contents in the box - why insist on outdated technology that still causes problems?

POP account configuration:

SSL encrypted connections (required):
Incoming mail server - pop.gmail.com - port - 995
Outgoing mail server - smtp.gmail.com - port - 465
TLS / STARTTLS connection:
Outgoing mail server - smtp.gmail.com - port - 587

IMAP account configuration:

For now I have an imap set up but it's very strange that pop (whatever it is) can't see the messages on the server.
