    Hi

I have outlook 2013, imap configured, mail provider is (two ones)
I open my e-mail and I don't get any new messages, after e.g. 4 hours, suddenly, they 'flow' by themselves. At the moment I can see them on the server (logged in via www), but outlook does not download them, even if I force them to receive / send. Computer restarted, outlook as well,

do you know such a case?
    Thanks for the help

    Hi.
Windows + R and type outlook / safe
This will open your outlook in safe mode, ignoring any add-ons you have in outlook (maybe some add-ons are banging you)
For this you can test OffCAT from microsoft - a tool for analyzing and finding bugs in the office. in addition, if it detects you any error, it should also provide a walkthrough.

Similar effect in / safe mode, no incoming mail
As for offCAT, I downloaded, ran the scan and it only showed that I have problems with the contact box because I am using offline (I downloaded the patch, installed it)
Restart the computer and still the same, no mail, nothing is entering (on the server I see more people writing)

ps I have a lot of free space

    Added after 15 [minutes]:

Magic mary and the mail has arrived, I'll see if it comes in nicely tomorrow :)

See here (I'm doing outlook 2016)
file -> options -> advanced -> send receive -> and set, for example, to 3 min.

Attach an additional email on another .pst check if it will receive messages after pressing F9.

You can download instalke of your package, or CD (depends on what source you have office) and start repairing office.

Another hint will be uninstalling Office completely, and reinstalling it (mail, settings will remain, but I would do a pst backup, and in appdata roaming and local)
