    After connecting the plug there is a momentary animation of charging but the battery does not charge, it discharges normally. Detects connected charger. The charger has the correct voltage. Software fault or hardware damage?

    Check if the voltage goes into the battery (undress the laptop and check the voltage at the power socket)

    Unfortunately, there is no voltage, the computer does not see the tablet when connected to the micro usb connector on the side. Maybe someone tried to charge the tablet via micro usb, could it damage it? The tablet has a separate charging socket.

    The battery charges when the tablet is turned off, but it takes too long after 5 hours of charging it is 23 percent charged. The battery is rather efficient and discharges at a normal rate.

    There must be some minor malfunction on the motherboard. One of the controllers or integrated circuits may be damaged. Alternatively, the power supply has voltage drops.

    I went away to the service, they found no damage, they charged fully, they ordered me to buy a better charger. I bought a 5v tracer 3.4 And when it was about 80 percent charged it was charging normally. and doesn't load.
