The tablet has a microusb, after connecting the charger to this connector (the same charger because it has a USB plug) charging does not start. Extra cable? to the charger may damaged.

I think IdeaPad Miix 300? The micro USB port is working, it's connected to the charger - it should charge.

Look for a slightly weak charger on 5V 4-5A.

This is the original charger, the USB port as a hub works correctly. Unless there is no USB charging option.

This charger doesn't charge me either. In addition, the charger pin goes into the socket loosely and not completely and not like in other devices slightly with resistance and to the end. I don't know if I won't give this Lenovo to the store because my nerva is taking me. The battery is dead, the equipment is not used and I do not know how and how to charge it. Tragicomic situation.

The charger and the original socket work normally, I was wondering if the emergency could be charged via USB.

I encountered similar problems when charging another tablet - with "full" battery discharge the original charger did not charge at all  no way. In my opinion, this was due to current limits - the capabilities of the charger itself and current limits for the USB connection.

To charge (recover from full discharge :D ) this tablet I found only one solution - long charging with low current - I practically used the USB socket of a desktop computer

After initial battery charging (20 -30%), the original charger "recovered" its efficiency :D

I'm fine now. Simply press the charger pin "on the chama" until the red charging indicator lights up.
I was afraid that I would damage the charging socket and put it in half :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the Lenovo Miix 300 tablet/laptop and its charging capabilities via micro USB. Users report issues with charging, particularly when using the original charger, which is a 5V 2.3A unit. Some users suggest that the micro USB port should function for charging, while others experience problems with the charger fitting loosely in the socket. A few users mention that charging from a USB port on a desktop computer can help recover a fully discharged battery. There are concerns about the charger’s current limits and the possibility of activating USB charging options. Overall, the consensus indicates that while the micro USB port is designed for charging, practical issues may prevent it from functioning correctly.
