Connecting 4-Wire Phone Cable to RJ-45 Pins: Updated Cisco CSS11000 Series Guide Link

I recently browsed the forum to find information on connecting a 4-wire phone cable to the appropriate pins in RJ-45. 1,2,3,6 - if this pair is 1.2 and 3.6 in pairs. Of course, there is no standard or guarantee that it will work because it is a "guerilla" that will work with a little luck.
