    Hello

I have a telephone Samsung Note 4 in which the authorized service (Interbell, Leszno, Wlkp) exchanged for me board with Micro USB connector : Samsung Galaxy Note 4 - The phone hangs after replacing the charging plate
I picked up the phone now on Friday, I noticed that from yesterday it is slow and it hangs every now and then, you have to remove the battery, when I listened to music through wireless headphones, nothing happened, but it almost hangs on every action.
I also noticed that if the battery goes down faster, there was also a case that showed that the battery is 12-15%, connected to charging and after 35 minutes is 35%, I will also load it twice and the charging has reached 100%.

The service could have damaged something? But in that case, the phone should not run, unless, and not act and hang :|
    What could have happened?
I have quite a lot of applications on it - but it was good before. Could restoring factory data help? - Or is it better to install a clean system?
After replacing the board, the software was not changed - it is exactly the same as it was before the service.

    greetings

Thanks for the information, and how to do it? It's about uploading the whole software from scratch? Because, after receiving the phone, the system upgrade came out - I installed it today, but it did not help me - I will add that it does not hang so that the battery needs to be pulled out, but has a very delayed reaction to physical buttons.

Hello, I found information on the internet that someone with samsung (another model) also had such a problem that at the end jumped out in ext 4 and jumped only when he uploaded rom in the version of the operator in his case T-Mobile, how he uploaded XEO it was not a problem , in total I also wanted a rom but there is no such on the Sammobile so I took PLUS - I also add that the earlier rom was on some English network - Can this error be caused by this?

Hi, I downloaded this file what you gave and one of the sammobile with this English operator "3" and it was successful, only that after starting the phone all my data was - why did it happen? - the phone may hang a little less
Try to upload this 3 file?

Data erases when you upload a soft multi-file. If you want, you can try to upload it.

An attempt to upload a rom failed
I re-wrote the one-file with the H3G brand but when I turned on the system I got the error Device storage corruption - I had to do WIPE DATA, the phone started this time without my data.
For a moment it seemed like it was all right but it turned out that it was not. I still catch the suspension - it seems to me that, however, less often

    What more can you do?

He should probably be guilty of memory or processor.

    Well, thanks for your help
I will have to report complaints on the website, but after they have been repaired, they have kicked something off.

    WELCOME BACK
It became a strange thing, but from the beginning.
In previous posts, I forgot to mention that two times after taking the battery out of the phone and restarting, I started the Download Mode automatically, and the error DDI-mmc read failed- I followed this trail and on some foreign site (below the link to view):

    https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Galaxy-No...-normal-boot-mmc-read-failed-error/td-p/84750

I found information that quite a lot of people have the same problem and that it is probably the fault of updating the system - although the websites want to exchange motherboards.
There is also info that helpful in this my problem with hanging up the phone, can be a Wake Lock application with the parameter PARTIAL WAKE LOCK set:

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 - The phone hangs after replacing the charging plate

From what I understand this option causes the processor to be turned on despite the screen being turned off - and some people suggest that it really works.

I installed it yesterday in the morning and how the phone is going without any complaints, as if it was fully functional - and normally it would have been suspended several times.

    What do you say ?

    greetings
