Help! Hello, I have a problem, the children got my lenovo ideapad 100 laptop with windows 10 and pressed something. The keyboard does not work at all, just a touch keyboard that I use with the mouse popped up. How do I restore the keyboard to normal? please help!!!

Does it work properly in bios? How does it look in the device manager? Got any system restore points?

when I returned to the initial settings it is still the same
