    I warmly welcome,
I have a Sony Vaio Pro13 laptop. I turned it off normally today. After a while, I turned it on again. Unfortunately, the keyboard has stopped working. backlight works. It also reacts to changes in light intensity. The touchpad also works.
Anyone have any idea what might have happened? Is it possible that there is some combination of locking keys? I tried some basic ones.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Does the keyboard work in the BIOS?

Unfortunately. As I turn on the assist button is the same. The touch pad works and the keyboard does not.

So the options are two - broken keyboard or damaged on board.

Damn it. Previously, it would turn on normally until logging in. Now it turns on and the vaio logo appears on a black background whether I turn on power or assista.

Disconnect the keyboard and check if it starts up to the login screen.

If the keyboard was not previously watered flooded, try to reset bios BIOS by pulling out the battery. If that doesn't help, it's probably something from KB.

Out of curiosity, try to connect a keyboard via USB or remotely, then it will come out clearly if there is a problem with the soft or rather the issue of the keyboard / socket on the board

Hello. Thanks for the answers. The BIOS has crashed.
