Hello . I have an iphone 5 (not stolen) which, after being updated by iTunes and playing, shows a message that - Iphone locked the link to itunes. When I connect to Itunes I see a message if I want to manage this phone, if I click so I have to confirm it on the phone which unfortunately displays a message that it is blocked. And so on and on. How to get out of this?

Have you tried to recreate it? Maybe something went wrong then.

Update iTunes to the latest version. Connect iPhone to PC via USB, press Power + Home and hold, do not release when Apple logo is displayed, wait until it goes into safe mode. Then in iTunes select Playback or Playback with Update.

I did, unfortunately it did not help. The worst thing is that the computer programmer who created the account connected these phones and leaving did not leave any passwords.

It's weird, that's how I saved the iPhone recently. Have you had this phone for a long time?

I suspect that it's assigned to an iCloud account, and if someone does not remove it, it will be a meatball.

Well ok, but how to remove it since it is blocked and can not connect neither wifi nor gsm? He is assigned but he is not blocked because I talked with the boss.

From an iCloud account, you delete a device by logging in to your account eg with a computer if I remember correctly. Anyway, if it is assigned to iCloud it should be an option just by iCloud to unlock the phone.

OK, but in this case, after unlocking, you must probably update it again via iTunes.
