    As in the subject iPhone 5SE error (0xE8000015). The phone with the message "iphone has been blocked, connect to iTunes". In DFU, the phone is correctly visible through the program, the original cable and the replacement are the same. Another iPhone seen by iTunes without a problem. Any ideas.

    Try entering it in DFU and updating the software if it doesn't help recreating the entire software.
