    Welcome,
Due to the fact that I am a complete layman in the subject, I am asking for advice on what thermostat or wireless temperature regulator to buy for the following set.
    Junkers ZSB 22-3C23S5
Junkers ST 120 boiler + circulating pump installed (if it is important)

Storey house. I'd like a sensor in the downstairs room. It is always much warmer upstairs.
In this case, by mounting the sensor at the bottom, will I be able to adjust the temperature at the top with the heads on the radiators? So how do I set the temperature at 21C at the bottom, how to regulate the top?
Will it have any effect on DHW

    thank you

Buddy, downstairs, install a dedicated thermoregulator in which you will adjust the times and parameters of the oven.
Set the thermostatic heads in each room as needed and everything will work properly.

For your boiler, it is best if it is a house (top ciplash), the regulator is preferably org. Junkers FW120 weather regulator or FR120 room controller mounted centrally on the ground floor.
They are wired regulators. They give you the ability to control what. cw. and hot water circulation and also affect the operation of the burner and are a diagnostic device for the system operation ... There is no Junkers wireless regulator at the moment. Foreign regulators only manage what. And they do not affect the modulated operation of the burner. They only give an on-off signal ... Talk to the installer or service technician about the installation options.
