    Hello,
I have blue water water softeners at home and for 3 months I do not need salt for regeneration. At the beginning (I threw the whole bag at once) it made a shell of salt on the bottom. I cleaned, scraped ... after switching on the filter manually, the water normally flows through the filter into the canalization, the processes are done, but I just threw in so that I can not see the water in the container and this is the 3rd month ...

What could it be ? it is possible that something is still clogged up?
This tube that goes on the days of the tank is unpolluted ...

    The softener is

10 different things ... and even a suspended solenoid valve. A contaminated pH measurement chamber at the outlet of treated water ..... What's up on this display? I do not know this type, but in general I have a lot to do with laboratory water conditioners.

    There is nothing about errors
When manually switching to BRINE REFILL regeneration mode 4 it should fill the brine tank with water and there is nothing there. The water is somewhere in the head but nothing in the tank is happening

    The model is ECO DW20

The only thing I found about the controller is the RX

Strange, but it suggests a solenoid or electromagnetic pump for pumping NaCl solution for regeneration of the cation exchanger. Does not drop this solution, after manually pressing "regeneration" with the button on the controller?

Well, I just looked at this tube with the tube through all modes and nothing happens there, neither when filling nor downloading. The head hisses tightly enough micno but in the tank nothing ...

In which place is this pump in such heads? Can you look there without disconnecting from the network? after setting 4 regeneration cycle, the refine refill does not fill the well, so something must be with the element that releases the water ...

the second thing, another company wrote to me absolutely not to use salt from the smell ... and that's what I use ... someone knows why?

I have a question about the swimmer ... he has such rubber stops on the top and bottom or does his function only turn off the water supply on the upper level? I have 5 minutes to fill

ps. you pour in a normal, powdery form of salt ??

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Blue Water Softener model B252701013, which has not required salt for regeneration for three months. The user initially added a full bag of salt, resulting in a salt crust at the bottom of the tank. After cleaning, the user noted that water flows through the filter, but the brine tank remains empty during the regeneration cycle. Various potential issues are suggested, including a clogged solenoid valve or pump, and the need to check for error codes on the display. The user is advised to inspect the pump and consider the type of salt used, as some brands may not be suitable. The conversation highlights troubleshooting steps and the importance of using appropriate materials for optimal performance.
