Hello, I'm on the forum for the first time.
peugeot expert 2.0 HDI 120km. When driving a car over 100 km / h, the ABS, ESP, handbrake indicators light up, the stop sign on the display, the engine check and the speedometer needle drops, the car was at the electromechanic who said that BSM was broken (replaced with new ones), errors returned after driving about 1km, then stated that the ESP sensor was burned so he replaced it, rang that the car is ready for pickup, nothing is lit etc. I took the car from the workshop, I went to the beltway and nothing was lit until I accelerated to 120km / h , all previous controls light up, I have no strength for this "mechanic" who by way of deduction replaces parts with new ones every now and again, and problems continue. Please help, what could it be?

in ABS error it is not specified what the error is, whether it is an ABS sensor or something else, at the moment I do not know how exactly this error is described

    Added after 2 [minutes]:

messages like "anttoluu defaillant system" and "ABS freinage defaillant" pop up on the display

    Added after 4 [minutes]:

extinguish the engine, I start the errors again, there is only the engine error (check), then I can drive and drive until I exceed approx. 110km / h

Apparently your mechanic has poor diagnostic equipment. It's best to connect something good [e.g. DELPHI] has a lot of functions, among others, it reads the actual speed of each wheel separately and compares, maybe one sensor above 100 starts to lie and hence these problems. And you will know where to look. And those who exchange at random is a lot, they do not pay, you pay and he is happy.

thanks, it's hard today for a mechanic who will find the cause and something will only be repaired by most mechanics, it's not mechanics but "exchangers" after people's forums write that it can be a lot of things, e.g. corrosion on an ABS sensor, thin pads, tire pressure, tires with different sizes, acceleration sensor and it is not known where to look, and giving the car to the next master of mechanics can once again end up with gigantic replacements and costs for them.

question: start checking and possible replacement of ABS sensors on the wheels? or from something else?

From checking the tire size on the front and rear axle.
    From entering the error code.

With such laconic information, you can go to the fairy, it will definitely help.

    Bingo.
Do you already know where you have a problem?

with the error code it will be worse because to give it here I have to go to the computer diagnostics: /

Put it on 55 or 60 all 4 and the problem will disappear.

Bingo? :) I wish it was the size of the tires :) but unfortunately: I have been riding these tires for 4 months and riding them before was not a problem. Maybe I will start from the beginning, the first I got an engine error (error egr) unfortunately I drove about 2 weeks with this fault and during this drive about 2-3 days after the EGR failure BSM / BSI errors and ABS, manual, ESP, engine check, STOP on the screen. I mentioned EGR errors cleared and everything worked until the speed limit exceeded 110km / h

Will you even put it on a trial?

so tomorrow morning I will put on 4 newly purchased summer tires specifically to check it, if it is the fault of the tires then Monday I will be dripping well! :D

Otherwise, when I do nothing, I go to the computer and get to the errors that are and I have problems in the forum. thanks

This difference in tire dimensions is not as big yet. As I wrote, check the speed on the wheels, maybe some lace is rusty and the sensor is lost with the reading at higher speeds'

and there is still a possibility, I have a broken hand and my jaws sometimes don't bounce, maybe it holds somewhere and it can also cause a bad reading and these errors?

    Hi,
check any wrong tire size fitted on the vehicle,
    like one tire wrong size.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Peugeot Expert 2.0 HDI experiencing multiple warning lights (ABS, ESP, handbrake, engine check) and a drop in speed when exceeding 100 km/h. The user reports that after several repairs, including replacing the BSM and ESP sensor, the issues persist. Forum members suggest that the mechanic may lack proper diagnostic tools and recommend using advanced equipment like DELPHI to accurately identify the problem. Potential causes discussed include faulty ABS sensors, tire size discrepancies, and corrosion. The user plans to check tire sizes and possibly replace them to see if that resolves the issue.
