Huawei b593s-22 Slow Internet in Jaromierz: Improve LTE Speed, Antenna Options & Net Settings

I live in Jaromierz on Lawendowa. I got the huawei b593s-22 router and bought a card for the net with a plus. The problem is the very slow internet, I have 3 LTE lines on the router, but the data reception is only about 0.5 Mb / s. When I switch to 3G, I only have one bar, but sometimes I have 2Mb / s net. Today only 0.04Mbps. How to set up the router and where the transmitters are. Possibly what external antenna to buy because I heard that it all depends on the transmitters. You use a loaded BTS and therefore the Internet is slow, and you must choose the antenna to the frequency you use.

Move the card to the phone with LTE with the Network Cell Info application, check the LTE signal parameters and data of the BTS you are connecting to. Indoor and outdoor test.
