Improving Internet Speed on Huawei E5573s-320 Router at Wolności 22E, 49-300 Brzeg, PLAY Network

Hello.

After moving, I have a big problem with mobile internet from PLAY.
I reported to the operator but he did not help.
Download at the level of 0.2 Mb/s (!)
In general, using the Internet is incredibly tedious, if possible at all.

The SIM card is sitting in the Huawei E5573s-320.
Unfortunately my new location is a low building among other tall ones.
Exactly it’s st. Wolności 22E, 49-300 Brzeg.
I will add that the phone is the same situation.

I’ve read something about BTS, tests, etc., but I don’t really know what I should do and where to start. And can I (and how) improve my download and upload?

Would an external antenna for this router help?

I had no such problem before.

You have the transmitters on Armia Krajowa, Italia Maja and Wrocławska Streets. All with four bands, so a router aggregating a minimum of three and preferably four bands. Yours probably won't fit.
On your phone, upload the HuaCtrl mobile application and log in to the router in it. The app allows you to force the bands on your router and you have to do it. You select bands B1, B3, B7, B20. Perform signal measurements on each band while being OUTSIDE with the router from each of these transmitters. Perform a speedtest to measure the signal. Provide screenshots (described exactly where the measurement was made and what it concerns).

Sorry for the lack of required tests but I don't have android and I haven't found a program for iOS.

However, after an ordinary speed test, you can see that the internet magically returns to its glory outside and recovers download at the level of 20-30Mb.
Such a result permanently in the apartment would be satisfactory.

What is going on in the apartment?

I will add that I live in the attic and I have neighbors around.

The roof is constructed as shown in the attached photo.

No measurements, no move. How to advise you antenna? For what band? What direction?
There is a program for managing the router "LTE Watch H" on the PC. use this. Or borrow an Android from someone.
Besides, it's strange that in the middle of the city you don't use cable / optical fiber, you just play with such emergency solutions as LTE.

Perform thorough diagnostics of signal parameters at home and outside on E5573, check the LTE2600, LTE2100, LTE1800 and LTE800 bands one by one, for this purpose you need a Windows computer and applications for band management and diagnostics on HiLink, you show screenshots from the application for these bands and speedtests. Then same for E5573 outside. And when you do that, you buy a modern stationary router with aggregation of LTE bands and an external antenna for it or CPE LTE. The mobile zabaka you have for Play in this location is not suitable and it is a pity to invest PLN 200 in an external directional antenna for it.

No solution or solution too expensive. Other operators offer better internet quality on the same device in the same location for the same price.
