Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime: Internet Issues with Orange, Previously Used with T-Mobile

How can I fix mobile internet on a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime that was previously used with T-Mobile and does not work with Orange?

Check the Orange internet/APN configuration, and make sure mobile data and data roaming are enabled; if the phone logs into the network, it is not simlocked. [#16257836] [#16257493] [#16257799] If the internet only works briefly after a reset and then stops, try a factory reset and verify whether the phone shows 3G or H next to the signal bars when data is on. [#16257858] [#16263112] If the settings are correct but it still fails, flashing a fresh firmware with Odin may help. [#16263112]

Hello, I have a problem with the samsung galaxy grand prime. The internet with orange doesn't work for me, and it works fine on another phone. I will add that I bought a used phone and it was probably from
t-mobile. Help me because I don't know what to do or where to go.
Thank you in advance for your help

The phone has no simlock? Turn on data roaming. How to enable data transmission, do you rather know?

Do you have any configuration settings after inserting a new SIM card?

If you have inserted a sim card and the phone logs into the network, there is no simlock. Did you reset your phone?

There is no such possibility, if you had a simlock, the phone would not log into the network. Factory reset your phone.

  • Factory reset fails; intermittent internet may indicate poor coverage

I will download everything from the phone in a moment and try to reset

After resetting the phone, continue to do the same, the internet will appear for a moment and soon dies. Will it give a hard reset ??

Could it be the fault of poor coverage on this phone

And if you have data transmission enabled, it writes something ?? 3G, H next to coverage ??

I bet on the internet settings, but if you did and it did nothing, if you feel up to it, upload a new soft odine may help
