    Hello
I have a Samsung J5 2016 Duos phone. I have two SIM cards in my phone: Orange and Play.
I don't know why I often have poor coverage in Orange. E.g. one line at home. Play has full coverage. As I transfer the orange SIM to another phone, the range is at full. I don't understand any of this. I would think that it is Samsung's fault but with Play range there is no such problem. I don't know how far I live from bts Orange but since two other cameras have a full range, it should be like that on Samsung. Is it a matter of settings?

What is your selected network mode (LTE / 3G / 2G)?

I have 2G3GLTE for Orange and when switching to 2G or 2G3G it jumps to full. However, when I'm in town I want to use LTE.

So leave it set to LTE and do not pay attention to the "dashes" range.
If the LTE signal is weak, the phone will automatically switch to 3G or 2G.

Yes thanks. I noticed that when it connects, the phone switches to 2G by itself and then the range is full. Just as I turn on the web browser, H + pops up and the range is also ok. In total, you can not see the difference between LTE and H +, at least on the phone. Earlier I had a LG tel and there I had full time and the range apparently in Samsung has different. Thanks for the help.
