[Windows 10] - We can not log in to your account - a window appears

    Hey,

    My friend has a problem, that after turning on the laptop and logging in, a desktop appears with a window with the following message: "We can not log in to your account". It has the option to "reject" and "log out". The option Log out will return to the login screen (of course, the second login does not give anything). The reject option causes the window to disappear, however the user is logged in as temporary.
