You need to pull the cables backwards and connect according to the ISO cube diagram. You'll find it on Google without any problem.

First you need to replace the ISO plug (the brown one) with 8 wires. I do not know if the polo has an original harness for connecting the rear speakers, if it is not there, just let the two cables run on the car's pillars and properly connect to the ankle with the correct polarity.

There is no factory rear wiring harness in this car
